THE PROCESS

01

Concept

Via a call, we define what you want to make, for whom, and what it needs to do. Abstract is fine, that is exactly what this conversation is for.

02

Art direction

I bring together what is already there: references, style guide, brand assets. I combine that with branding expertise to present the overall artistic direction.

03

Production

During production, two rounds of your feedback are scheduled to confirm the direction.

04

Delivery

Final delivery, typically within three weeks from the kickoff. I stay in touch after, because a good working relationship is built on that.

Application

The work often begins exploratively, guided by a clear idea or question. I use my background in film studies to test ideas and how far they can stretch within this medium. From there, I design pipelines where variables are controlled: one character, multiple outputs, repeatable lighting.

Once visuals move beyond a single frame into campaigns or series, consistency decides whether they can scale. Good-looking images are one thing. Reproducible ones demand structure.

THE QUESTIONS.

01 / 05

Scope drives the price. A single visual, a campaign series, and a hero video are different animals, and the work scales with what is being built. The fastest way to a real number is the price-indication form: five short questions, an honest range in return, no obligation.

Best fit: brands that need distinct visuals and want to think seriously about how they show up. Whether you have a full style guide or are still figuring out your visual direction, that is something we can work through together in the first conversation. Less of a fit: copywriting, marketing strategy, or projects where the brief is still completely undefined. Not sure? Send a short note through the form. I will tell you honestly whether it is something I can do well for you.

Yes, and it sharpens the work. References, mood boards, a style guide, examples of work you like, anything is useful input for the Concept phase. AI visual production thrives on clear anchors: the more direction you bring, the less the work drifts. A blank canvas is not a requirement; a visual starting point is a head start.

For style elements (colors, typography, mood, visual identity, character direction) yes, those translate well into AI-generated work. AI video and image models have real technical limitations, and some project types run into them. I go through that honestly in the intro call, before anything is agreed or paid for, so you know exactly what is feasible for your specific situation before we move forward.

Two structured feedback rounds are built into every project, tied to the natural checkpoints: Concept, Visual Direction, and Production. What does not work: open-ended iteration where the idea keeps shifting after sign-off. Not because I am unwilling to think along, but because every shift costs time and production budget, and at some point that comes out of the quality of the final result. Scope and rounds are agreed upfront, not renegotiated halfway.
